Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Charges

A flat ₹79 per order, and free on orders above ₹1,500. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment and are included in the total on your tax invoice.

Dispatch and delivery time

Every piece is made after you order. We dispatch within 2–4 working days. Delivery after dispatch typically takes 2–6 working days depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 4–10 working days of being placed.

Bulk and custom orders of 25 pieces or more take 10–15 days to make. Timelines for those are confirmed in writing when we quote.

Tracking

We send tracking details on WhatsApp to the number given at checkout once your parcel is handed to the courier.

Delays

Courier delays, weather, strikes and festival-season backlogs are outside our control. We will keep you updated and chase the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can resend it once you pay the return and re-dispatch shipping.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice of colour or design, or because the item looks different in person from how it appeared on a screen. Each piece is assembled by hand after your order is placed and cannot be restocked.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive something other than what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 76194 56458 within 48 hours of delivery with:

• photographs of the item
• photographs of the outer packaging as it arrived
• your order number

We will replace the item at no cost, or refund you in full, at your choice. We may ask you to return the item, in which case we pay the return shipping.

Natural variation is not a defect

These are handmade goods. Petal placement, exact shade and overall length vary slightly between pieces, and bag charms range from roughly 5 cm to 8 cm. This variation is a feature of handmade work and is not treated as a fault.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund if you message us before we begin making it — in practice, within 12 hours of ordering. Once assembly has begun we cannot cancel, because the piece cannot be resold.

Bulk and custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. The 50% advance on bulk orders is non-refundable after we begin.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we initiate a refund it typically reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cash on delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders are prepaid.

Products

All items are handmade from acrylic flowers, glass beads, pearls and wire. They are decorative items, not toys. Keep away from children under 3 — they contain small parts that could be swallowed. Keep away from direct sunlight, water and open flame.

Pricing

All prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of 18% GST. A tax invoice is emailed to you automatically once payment is confirmed. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.

Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item cannot be made, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

Colours and images

We photograph pieces in daylight and edit as little as possible, but screens vary. Small differences between the photograph and the item you receive are normal.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to MeShanvi Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and, if you provide it, your GSTIN. At a stall we may collect your name and phone number so we can send your invoice.

Why we collect it

Only to process your order, deliver it, issue a GST invoice as the law requires, and answer your questions. Nothing else.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.

Where it is stored

Order details are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us. Tax records are retained for six years, as Indian law requires.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not send promotional messages unless you have asked us to.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser and never sent to us until you place an order.

Your rights

Email [email protected] at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
