A whole bouquet, small enough to hang from a zip. Cornflower-blue roses cluster tight at the top, with tiny white sprigs pushing out between them like something picked rather than arranged.
The stem is wrapped in strands of pearl and tied with a white satin bow. Blue is the colour nobody else at the stall is wearing, which is rather the point.
